Air on Broadbeach has a magnificent presence in Broadbeach, a sculpture in itself, it's gaze turned towards the Pacific Ocean providing breathtaking views, Air is as refreshing as an afternoon breeze.

Air on Broadbeach is composed of beach front eastern tower and a smaller ocean view rectangular satellite wing on the western end known as Solitaire. Open to the east, closed to the west and shaded to the north. Individually controlled external louvres and multi stacking sliding doors allow cool, deep balconies to be fully opened up to the living rooms.
